Visitor Terms and Conditions

These visitor terms and conditions ("Agreement") must be accepted by each individual ("Visitor" or "You") attending the exhibition organized by TT Global. Please read this agreement carefully and refrain from attending the event if you do not wish to accept it.

 

1. Free Participation

1.1. This fair offers visitors the opportunity to participate free of charge. No registration fee is required.

2. Event Participation and Registration

2.1. Before participating in the event, you must complete the registration requirements and provide the necessary information.

3. Behavior and Participation

3.1. You are obliged to show respectful and appropriate behavior during the event. Visitors who exhibit any disruptive or immoral behavior may be removed from the event.

4. Safety and Responsibility

4.1. You are responsible for the safety of your personal belongings in the event area. The organizers are not responsible for lost or stolen belongings.

4.2. You must recognize fire exits and emergency exits for emergencies and use these areas when necessary.

5. Image and Sound Recording

5.1. During the Event, video and audio recordings may be made by the organizers or media representatives. By attending the Event, you consent to the use of these recordings.

6. Privacy Policy

6.1. Your personal data collected during the Event will be subject to the organizers' privacy policy.
